# Siding & Window Vault

> Local siding and window replacement contractor serving Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, and Snohomish Counties in Northwest Washington. James Hardie Elite Contractor. Full-frame window replacement only — never pocket inserts. WA License #SIDINV*787PJ.

Name history: Siding & Window Vault operated for years as **Siding Vault** (legal entity still Siding Vault LLC). The company renamed itself in 2026 as a strategic decision. Having earned James Hardie Elite Contractor status for its siding work, it set out to build its window side the same way, and window replacement had become a core service alongside siding. Buying its Anacortes showroom building is part of that: the company supplies and installs Milgard, Andersen 100 Series, and Ply Gem windows and installs Simonton. It is the same business, owner, crews, license, reviews, and projects. Older photos, vehicles, yard signs, and customer reviews that say "Siding Vault" refer to this company. The former website sidingvault.com now redirects to sidingwindowvault.com. Details: https://sidingwindowvault.com/about/#formerly-siding-vault

Every window installation is full-frame — stripped to the rough opening, inspected for rot, sill pan set, flashed into the weather barrier; the company does not install insert/pocket windows. Top-selling windows for the average single-family home: Milgard Tuscany Series (V400), then Trinsic Series (V300). Facts in this file are maintained with the site; the site page is canonical.
