Our family had an amazing experience working with the team at Siding Vault. We interviewed several siding companies for the complete remodel of our home exterior. The initial consult with Siding Vault was our favorite. The clear communication and professional approach that Micheal and Oscar brought to the table was second to none. They are kind, genuine and overall enthusiastic about the quality they have to offer. I found their job estimate to be the most transparent, the most detailed and the most reasonably priced in comparison to the other bids we were provided from other companies. Micheal took extra time to review everything with us to make sure that all the details were covered and all our questions were answered. Thank you to the Siding Vault for restoring our building after being hit by a vehicle. They were wonderful to work with for the entire project. Michael provided a very fair bid and was thorough with planning and preparation prior to the project. We had a unique problem, and that while we were fixing the siding, wanted to come up with a redesign of the unattractive overhang in front of our office. He presented several solutions, and the one we liked the most was also very cost effective. Through the entire process Michael's team communicated well with our office about timeliines and staging. They set up appropriate safety perimeters so that we did not have to shut down our office. The job site was maintained in a clean and tidy manner. When we had a small issue with our window they fixed it quickly and we did not have to replace them, saving our owners quite an expense. I would recommend them to any owner. The entire crew from Siding Vault were awesome to work with! I hired them for a large project that completely transformed and modernized our home. We went with James Hardie fiber cement siding, Anderson windows and sliding doors, Trex decking with RDI metal railing on two decks and the front porch, and a Codel front door. From the very beginning phone call with the project manager Michael, I felt like he really took the time to understand my vision and educate me on the various materials and products that were available, as well as all of the processes involved in installation. The project lasted about 3 months, and there was always excellent communication about the state of affairs. There were a few small curveballs as you might expect with any project of this size, but Michael always handled everything quickly and efficiently and in a very customer-oriented way, and when the scope of the project expanded significantly (I was originally going to use another contractor for the decking), the entire team took it in stride and made it a completely seamless project. Oscar and the crew were always punctual, professional, and polite, which is huge when these guys are spending this much time at your house. They really bent over backwards every step of the way to make sure I was happy with how things were going. I’m really happy with the quality of the products that we chose. We spent a little more for the pre-finished siding, but I think it was really worth it. Same with the decking and windows, we stepped up a little from the entry-level products. But there were a lot of different options, and Michael was always happy to revise quotes and offer multiple line-item options so that we could tailor everything to our needs while still staying within budget. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys for any kind of exterior work, and will be sure to reach out to them again should the need arise. I’m sharing a few before and after photos because I think the quality of their work speaks for itself.”
